A 4 months ago, I purchased your "UltimateDefender" anti-spyware program! Which, might I add, has proven itself to be not only an excellent piece of software, but also INVALUABLE to my computing privacy. Before I first used "UltimateDefender", I had never actually realized just how much spyware is actually being used! Needless to say, I was totally shocked & now use "UltimateDefender" as part of my regular computer maintenance. I am also constantly advising my friends to purchase a version of "UltimateDefender" & protect themselves from this form of malevolent software.

UltimateDefender is a great program. It allows me to keep up with the kids when they get defensive on who they are talking to online. And believe me it was more than school friends. It is just another way of being able to keep your kids safe online as they don’t always understand what kind of people are out there in the world. I like everything about the program, easy interface, easy to configure, and easy to just let it run. The new features including task manager stealth was a good one for me since we always turned everything off when playing a game. Your support help is fast too.

I had heard of UltimateDefender from a friend, who recommended I try it out to see just how much spyware was actually on my computer. I didn't think I needed UltimateDefender because I had Ad-aware. To my surprise, UltimateDefender found many files that Ad-aware did not!! If it weren't for UltimateDefender, I'm convinced that my computer would still have malicious spyware lurking about its hard drive.

Many thanks... malware seems to have been destroyed.. incidentally UltimateDefender definitely comes out tops in detecting malware... top names such as Norton, Spysweeper and Microsoft Anti-spyware all failed to find stuff which UltimateDefender located and eliminated... you may quote me on this!

Thanks for your help. My computer is working well for the first time in months. I not only like the program but the support services are invaluable. I am a volunteer in the jungles of Brazil and can not easily get someone to help me when I have a problem with my computer. Yet the computer is my link to the outside world and my family in the US. Thanks to the patient staff there, I am back in business again.

Dear UltimateDefender Team, Thank you for your help with this horrible 'spyware quake'. I have downloaded the update and I think it is all cleared now (the bogus 'your system is infected' message is now gone and so has the icon in the system tray. What a relief! Thanks!

Your UltimateDefender software destroyed a particularly nasty hijacker program that took over my browser and continuously posted bogus security alerts and pop-ups. I tried several other programs and investigated very complex ways of eliminating the problem, but all I had to do was run your software while my computer was in "safe-mode" and the problem was solved! I feel much safer now with your software on my computer! Thank you.

I work from home with a lot of sensitive material. Previously I had thought that my computer was "bug free" with the programs I had installed for that use.
